Post Race: Yoga Work Out!

Crossing the finish line after any race is a positive thing, but no one likes the aches and pains you experience from a hard run.  Muscle tightness won’t be a worry after this race because we are having a calming yoga session following the awards ceremony!  Just bring a towel or yoga mat to create your own place of zen.  Breakfast will also be provided including bagels, fruit, granola bars, coffee and hydration.

Race Course:

The Watermelon 5K will be chip timed.  The start line is on the north end of the park and will continue through paved sections of Rochester and along beautiful trails.
